MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Responsibilities: 
  • Assist with a variety of marketing tasks including but not limited to: working in Canva to create flyers for both print and digital use, shooting photo and video content at events, editing photo and video content for social media
  • Maintaining social media equipment such as cameras, photobooths and photo-op setups
  • Scheduling posts for social media within the Meta Business suite 
  • Assist with community reach out to local influencers and ambassadors 
  • Social media content creation that meets brand guidelines, tone and aesthetic
  • Develop and propose ideas for new events 
  • The ideal candidate is a jack of all trades! We are seeking a team player who is teachable and has great communication and problem solving skills to assist with a variety of marketing-related tasks

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, graphic design or related field 
  • Proficiency with Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, TikTok and Meta Business Suite
  • Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager, including the ability to place campaigns,manage delivery and budgets, and analyze results
  • Familiarity with Canva and Capcut is a bonus but NOT REQUIRED
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a bonus but NOT REQUIRED
  • Great time and project management skills 
  • Have a passion for social media, be an avid user and and have a passion to stay in the loop on the latest social media trends, capabilities and platforms
  • Self-motivated, well organized and assertive with strong analytics and deductive skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for effective communication both internal and externally
