Full-Time Marketing and Social Media Associate
Chicago Twenty Something is seeking a talented Marketing and Social Media Associate to join our team and work out of our River North office. This person will act as our lead for all social media and email marketing campaigns. They will focus on achieving results through multi-channel marketing objectives while collaborating with the rest of our team to ensure
all programs are seamlessly executed.

Responsibilities Include:
• Develop strategic social media campaigns that outline implementation
details (networks, formats), success measurements and timelines
• Craft engaging email marketing plans and manage customer segmentation
and contact strategies to drive increased traffic, revenue and retention
• Place social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,
YouTube and Snapchat based on agreed upon campaign strategy
• Develop in-depth campaign reports that outline insights on delivery, engagement,
creative, website traffic, attribution and key learnings
• Maintain an email marketing roadmap, constantly thinking of new ways to
re-engage and optimize the user's experience through multiple touchpoints
• Aid in the creation and implementation of new automated email programs and templates
• Champion continuous improvement of the email development/deployment process including maximizing dynamic content, targeting, personalization, and template development in collaboration with team members
• Optimize and improve remarketing programs to maximize return traffic, customers and revenue
• Provide strategic perspective and recommendations for social reputation
management and organic content strategy in support of business goals
• Monitor social media channels, initiate conversations with and respond to
engagements and reviews baed on established brand guidelines
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or related field
• 1-4 years of professional experience, with a working knowledge of social advertising,
email marketing and reputation management
• Experience with A/B testing including test design, list splits, deployment and results
• Proficiency with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, and Snapchat that includes a solid understanding of each platform's core features, as well as a technical understanding of each network's advertising capabilities
• Proficiency with Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager, including the ability to place campaigns,
manage delivery and budgets, and analyze results
• Project management skills to manage calendars, creative, product, engineering, and data needs with tight deadlines
• Ability to independently manage workload to meet day-to-day and long-term objectives
• Curiosity about new technologies, interest in learning, and drive for solutions over problems a must
• Have strong project management and organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects
at once utilizing tools like ActiveCampaign, Ongage, Asana, Google Docs, etc.
• Have a passion for social media, be an avid user and have a passion to stay in the loop on the latest
social media trends, capabilities and platforms
• Self-motivated, well organized and assertive, with strong analytical and deductive skills
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for effective communication both internally and externally
