EVENT MANAGER
Responsibilities: 
  • The ideal candidate is a jack of all trades! We are seeking a team player who is teachable and has great communication and problem solving skills to assist with a variety of event and administrative tasks 
  • Set up and manage mid-size events  - this includes working with bar managers to set up, troubleshooting as needed and managing staff. Your job is so make sure the event runs smoothly and delivers on everything that was promised
  • Maintain event notes to improve future events
  • Event check-in help: scanning tickets, checking wristbands, handing out flyers or t shirts
  • Crowd control: supervising line length, working with security and bar management 
  • Assist with administrative office tasks including but not limited to: data entry, packing and organizing event supply bags, social media scheduling and various marketing-related tasks 

Qualifications: 
  • Previous experience in  event management, bartending or managing, event logistics or a related field is a bonus not NOT REQUIRED
  • Outgoing, personable and have a positive attitude
  • Able to lift 30 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours at a time
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Experience in hospitality or event production desired
  • Great time management skills and always punctual!
