Business Development Associate
Responsibilities Include:
• Assist with the creation and execution of events
• Consult clients and aid in setting up their private parties
• Develop and direct social media outreach
• Establish community contacts and partnerships with local businesses
• Contribute to and provide support for company marketing efforts
• Explore and cultivate new roll out projects
• Organize and distribute marketing materials
• Build-up and represent brand image
• Initiate and coordinate individual themed events
• Recruit, interview, & hire potential candidates
• Train, supervise, and manage part-time employees, hosts, and interns
• $30,000 base salary + Commission ($40K expected 1st year, $50-$60K 2nd year, $100K 3rd year)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or College Degree
• Must have excellent networking skills
• Sales and marketing experience is a plus
• Interest in Event Planning and Marketing
• Ability to work 40 hours per week in addition to weekend nights
